On May 12, 2026, the Think Tank & Scientific Research Office of the International Institute of Finance (IIF) hosted the series of In-depth Exchange Forums for Campus Incubator Incubated Enterprises. The event paid a field visit to two incubated firms under the campus incubator: Anhui Yunyi Digital Low-Altitude Technology Co., Ltd. and its parent entity Anhui Zhongyun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. A lineup of entrepreneurial mentors and technical specialists were invited, namely Researcher Lin Xinhua from Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Associate Professor Ding Bin, Special Associate Professor Liu Jianwei and Special Associate Researcher Wu Tingying from the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China; as well as Liu Haidan, Director of the Innovation Center of the School of Technology and Business and Director of the Think Tank & Scientific Research Office of the International Institute of Finance. The expert group held in-depth exchanges with the corporate team over UAV technology application, enterprise operation optimization, and university-industry collaborative innovation.

With expertise spanning operation management, big data & artificial intelligence, signal processing, autonomous navigation and other disciplines, the expert panel delivered multi-dimensional insights and professional guidance for the discussion.

Zhang Jian, General Manager of Anhui Yunyi Digital and Zhongyun Intelligent; Zhao Cheng, General Manager of Zhongyun Intelligent’s Overseas Business Division; Sales Director Yang Kang; System Integration Module Lead Chen Hao and other core team representatives attended the session. General Manager Zhang Jian gave a detailed overview of the group’s organizational framework and development trajectory, showcased the company’s technical breakthroughs in full-set UAV R&D, industrial-grade UAVs, mobile security solutions and UAV countermeasure systems, and presented practical UAV deployment cases covering public security patrols, highway inspection, ecological environmental monitoring, emergency fire rescue, military logistics support and other mainstream scenarios.

During the panel discussion, participating experts offered actionable suggestions on the enterprise’s operation model, technical roadmap, market layout and talent development. Researcher Lin Xinhua exchanged in-depth views with the company on technical bottlenecks in signal processing and autonomous navigation. Professor Ding Bin suggested the enterprise transform from single-product supplier to a provider of modular, standardized total solutions, and concentrate on core application scenarios to strengthen customer loyalty and profit margins. Leveraging his research on big data and generative AI, Professor Liu Jianwei analyzed feasible approaches to integrate UAV data aggregation with intelligent decision-making. From the perspective of operation administration, Associate Researcher Wu Tingying put forward specific measures for lean operation and supply chain upgrading.

The expert delegation toured the enterprise’s product exhibition hall and watched on-site demonstrations of core equipment including UAV hangars, countermeasure systems and AR algorithm platforms, speaking highly of the firm’s robust capability in technology commercialization.

This forum constituted the second event under the Entrepreneur Companion Mentorship Program initiated by the Think Tank & Scientific Research Office of the International Institute of Finance. Drawing on experience from the inaugural session, the event upgraded its communication format to accurately identify the incubated enterprises’ operating conditions, scale constraints and developmental pain points. Moving forward, the Think Tank & Scientific Research Office will continuously polish the entrepreneur mentorship mechanism, facilitate more high-value university-industry cooperation, and empower incubated enterprises to pursue sustainable development.
