The Digital Huishang Research Center, affiliated to the International Institute of Finance (IIF), was established based on the think tank construction plan of the International Institute of Finance (IIF). It undertakes research tasks related to the inheritance and development of Huishang culture, digital transformation of Huishang business, regional government service development, planning consultancy, and more.

The director of the Research Center is Professor Zhao Dingtao. He is the president of the Anhui Huishang Development Institute.

The executive director of the center is Mr. Chen Dan. He is the founder of Ance Think Tank. He used to be the executive deputy director of the Talent Exchange and Training Center (Decision-making Cultural Exchange Center) of the Development Research Center of the People's Government of Anhui Province, and the executive director of Anhui Guodun Quantum Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd. He also served as vice county magistrate of Sixian County in Suzhou City, deputy director and Party member of the Suzhou City Development and Reform Commission, and Party committee member of the Suzhou City Public Security Bureau.

At present, the center has more than 10 full-time and part-time research and management staff. It has successfully nurtured two postdoctoral fellows to complete their terms. Among the current personnel, three hold senior professional titles, and the rest of the research members have master's degrees or higher, demonstrating strong research capabilities and rich practical experience in management innovation.

The center is dedicated to research in digitization, informationization, enterprise services, business environment, industrial sectors, and more, promoting the application and promotion of digital transformation in government services, industries, and enterprise development. The center leads in the preparation of research reports that have received instructions from provincial and municipal leaders; it has completed the development and obtained multiple software copyright certificates, and published books such as Practice and Advanced 2 of Government Information Disclosure.
